Depends what you are going for. Read some horrific stuff about the fat injection procedure. I believe there's also a procedure where a tendon is cut.

Exactly, and then the feeling is not the same, and position distorted.

My future wife is 100% happy....not complaining...but something like womans wanna do modifications, male have this desires aswell.

Worth looking up the John Wayne Bobbitt documentary if you want a better idea of the subject.

Reading around it, for a friend, it seems like one of the least successful plastic surgery operation types.

I am happy with what i have. I am happy becouse i see the way i satisfy my woman.

It is something mental more than a real need. Liposuction defenetly is a better choice...and yes GYM aswell. Lol. XX

Don't do it... I've met a guy who BROKE his cock the year before & the fear is the worst part...basically I've got to catch him unawares/in a sate of such arousal he forgets for him to be able to penetrate (so far).

Just be warned I had a lump removed 3 years ago from a testicle and it tock 6 weeks to heal as got infected.
