U can use them as egg supplement for baking btw no shite lol put them in water over night in fridge they will turn to a jelly then swap the weight of an egg to the chia jobs a good yin lol

Chia seed pudding is lush and they are great for bulking up smoothies without adding extra calories...cheap, healthy, fibre boost and fill you up no end
