Being a dufus I blew myself up opening a empty 55 gallon drum with a angle grinder in my front room.

Every window in the house blew out and the angle grinder hit my face before going through the floor upstairs.

Two tram line scars on my big Roman nose and one above my eye and a nice one on me cheek.

Lucky to survive and the “Tony make us a bbq” jokes got very boring very quickly.

Most scars usually have mundane stories behind them!

My wirdest story is a squirrel bite on my ear by a squirrel called Psycho Squirrel. I obvs didn't know it's name at the time

You want scars my knees are covered in scars. 72 operations on them and counting so far. Right knee replaced twice. Left knee no kneecap, ligament and tendon transplant plus numerous other things. All started when I was just 13 years old.

I’ve a scar under my chin, from where dad pushed me down the stairs as a kid....... not a child abuse thing.... we we sword fighting at the top of the stairs, I lunged for “ the kill” and the cheating git swatted me down the stairs!!! I also have a scar on my arm from a yo-yo..... round the world gone wrong.....

I have a vasectomy scar, does that count? No stitches (something macho about walking around with your scrotum split open) and now a very small and feint line. You're welcome to inspect it close up if required!

The wife had worked with self harm and some I have seen are scared from wrist to shoulder on both arms.

Feel for them as you got to be in a bad place to self harm like that.

My tattoo sleeve covers many. Though I wouldn't say I was a bad case. Its one of the few things I would go back in time and change with hindsight.

I have 2 lower abdomen scars that I detest...peeps say they're barely noticeable but unfortunately I'm very conscious of them and where they're situated. But TG for high leg nicks that reach just below my belly button. 1 scar is situated just below my belly button and the other is a C-Section scar I have both for years

Yer she works in mental health as a RMN and trains in CBT and PTSD. etc dose a lot of work with self harm at several hospitals. She is stronger then me mentally.

I have a scar on the base of my left index fingers after taking an axe to it trying to chop kindling... Had to have 7 stitches and the scar is shaped like a smile.

I have one on my leg (run in with barbed wired as a kid), a scar on my lip from an accident with my cat and an actual dent in my eye socket from a run in with a playground iron horse as a kid

Oh and a laparoscopic appendectomy visible to me in a few of my pics, but probably not noticeable to others

Fell backwards from about 15' and landed on the back of my head, split it open but the bloody doctor did a really good job of the stitching and hardly any scar. Was messy at the time though.

I have surgery scars (appendicectomy - traditional method, uterine laparoscopy, laparoscopic fundoplication and random bits where I've scraped bits off. Nothing as obvious as Mr KC's neck scar from November though! I couldn't give a fig about my scars, I forget I have them.

One scar on my lower abdomen as a result of 3 c-sections, 1 appendicitis scar, 2 breast implant scars in my armpits.

You could say I am a scarred woman...

I got one on my forehead. I had quite a huge gash so needed 10 stitches. To this day my kids refer it as my Harry potter scar lol

Have quite a few..

The usual appendix/hernia/carpal tunnel, one close to my right eye due to needing a tearduct put in when I was younger.

One from a double pilonodal sinus operation on my backside (not pleasant at all)

And finally my nose/forehead/top lip/inner bottom lip from a daft thing going home from work one night

Coming home after a night shift at a club, completely sober as I'd been ill all night, stepped onto a skateboard and ended up in the middle of the road at 3:30am...

Glasses did most of the damage with the hole through the lip and took skin & a bit of bone off the nose

Got a love bite from a chainsaw to the face!

But amazingly hardly anyone notices the scars,basically it cut my lip and under my nose chipped my teeth out ,very lucky as the scar is mainly my lip hard to see it ! Got loads more scars but none as exciting!
