Ive done it off the ladder but ive also done it off a step ladder as well.

Some people have high chimneys id becareful what you say when offering to do stuff.

Im sorry but in some cases its not worth my life to save owners pennys because they dont want to pay a decent price for a job

Yet go out and buy a new kitchen

Love what you put as a sparky have seen people spend thousands on there houses but when you say you need a new fuse box for £350 they go mad at something that could save there lives amassing.

I wasn't offering to do the job was just pointing out the fact most roofers will do it of a roof ladder not many bricklayers will as for high chimneys I own a tetra system that works as a chimney scaffolding two roof ladder then scaffolding sits on them health and safety always comes before money
