What's the reasoning behind deleting and and re-uploading the same video?

I don't want to name and shame because there might be legit reasons, but I've noticed recently there is a few accounts on here that have the same one or two videos and constantly delete them and re upload them every other day. Is this a way to get more hits on their profile, feeling confident in doing it after a crisis on consciousness, or something else?

More than likely someone reporting and admin deleting therefore sticking it back up... for the same to happen again.

Obviously never happened to me.. not bitter at all

I cut it myself the other day. I no longer piss on it when it's straight and not tied to one side

Ewww, honest though. I cut my own also. Not difficult, quick crew cut, although I did go a bit Ott the last time. Looked like a five o'clock shadow on my head.

There are two profiles in particular that do this and it bugs the hell out of me. Each to their own I suppose.
