Not tried any new recipes in a while. Thought a recipe thread would be nice. Pop down your favourite yummy meals. I'll start with a simple prawn linguine

Fry ginger, garlic and chilli

Add a cup or so of stock and white wine. Reduce slightly

Add the prawns

Add cream

Add linguine (or spaghetti)

Add pepper

Prawns

Lettuce

A dressing from a thousand islands

Don't know what's worse. The fact it's not home made or you have mushy peas

That's sounds easy and delicious. I'm going to try it tomorrow with the prawn I have in freezer.

Great excuse to open a bottle of wine and sure once its opened it really needs to be drank.

I make this beautiful sausage pie thing using leek and apple in a wholegrain mustard type sauce.

Fry off the leek and apple, add flour milk and wholegrain mustard add cooked cumberland sausages chopped. Cover in mash potato and grated cheese and stick it in the oven

Literally only takes 5 mins and you only need a splash of wine so yes it's a win win
