It depends on how turned on I am. I personally like lots and lots of foreplay and if I've had that build up it won't be be anywhere near that length of time.

I presume the time of 7 minutes is based on the fact that there is no distractions, ie, being questioned, "When are you going to fix the bathroom lightbulb", "When you taking me shopping", What colour shall we decorate the front room", "Can you move your arm", "Can you move your leg, I'm getting cramp" etc. Each time your put of your stroke, the clock resets.

Basically though, I make it last, and can never recall having it over and done with in 7 minutes.

7 minutes sounds about right.

Straight to the point, no edging, no teasing, no changing positions, no varying of pace (except maybe gradually increase), not having to worry about what your partner is feeling or enjoying etc. It seems like under those circumstances that 7 minutes would be the average.
