Getting in shape

So what do you do to get off the inches ?

Apart from sexercise .

Im presently using my mini trampoline and my ab lounge along with pilates.

My clothes are beginning to get looser now so somethings working .

Also following "slimming world"

Which has been the best so far.

Can eat loads on it.

Well I fast walk round field near me twice a week and go swimming when I have the time only my job does does not help as sat behind a wheel for 10 hours 5 days a week

Toning the muscles is a good way to loose a few inches here and there, but be carefull you dont overdo it and start building muscle....... per square inch, muscle weighs four times that of fat, so although you might look slimmer, you will panic when you go on the scales!!

MMA (Mixed martial arts) and mainly Thai boxing, currently training for a Blue collar charity fight, it will be my first fight for years and I'm training my arse off at the minute

I forget when I'm teaching how hard it is especially at my age

Logically I would be 30 stone+ then but i'm actually 12 stone.

Here is a paste from google answers:

"Summary: Muscle density is 1.06 g/ml and fat density is (about) 0.9 g/ml. Thus, one liter of muscle would weight 1.06 kg and one liter of fat would weight 0.9 kg. In other words, muscle is about 18% denses than fat. This should not be confused with the "energy density" of muscle and fat."

On topic I would highly recommend putting on a tad of muscle as it's biologically harder for females to pack on muscle then men. Get doing heavy squats/deadlifts and the weight just flys off . I don't do any cardio by the way except for the mad morning dash to the train station lol. Oh I also eat any amount I feel like but tend to keep the food healthy in general
