ST. ALBANS

I'm really crap at sleeping. I get tired and can doze off fairly quickly once in bed, but then; look at the clock and it's only been a couple of hours. Then I just lay there, uncomfortable and start worrying about anything. I have taken to taking rather a lot of my wife's extra strong painkillers and mixing them with alcohol. Sometimes does the trick,...for an extra hour at least.
