I find the best sex is through communication, when someone is a bit to shy to put forward what she wants it can make things a bit awkward.

The line between confidence and arrogance is thin. Quiet confidence, and a knowledge of what she wants is perfect. Something to work with, still need to be drawn from the shell slightly , rather than "You're so lucky to have me" attitude.
