I used to hear downstairs all the time when I was in a flat.

He was called steve, she shouted it enough for me to learn that.

Saturday nights drink and drug fuelled sessions would be lonnnggg

Where I lived before, yes. Was always preceded by d*unken karaoke sessions. I was never a fan of My Heart Will Go On but it throughly haunts me now. I get a cold chill whenever I hear it.

maybe the first time but all the time at home when you want want some peace i imagine it gets as old as neighbours that run the machine on a spin cycle at midnight

Thank goodness we live in a detached house but our neighbours one side leave their windows open in the summer and we often hear him.

Fair point, the appeal would run out for me when I hear sex at 3am and I need to be up for work haha!

They can definitely hear us. We can hear them cook. Thinking about putting acoustic foam in the sex room.
