Just got in from a 1hr walk even though it was dark and cold and I was tired after work. These were all the excuses I used to keep putting it off last week so even though it's such a small thing I'm still proud of myself

What are the small things you've all done recently that really aren't a huge deal but you're proud nonetheless??

Well done you. I kept a promise to see my support bubble friend. I'm always known for postponing.

Making good proper food although I’m solo. Always worth the effort.

a couple for me...

finally started baking about 3 weeks ago... I'm now determined that I'll win bake off in the next few years.

AND treated myself to new wardrobes / drawers / bedside tables... had the same ones since I bought the place and just never bothered to change them even when I decorated.... I'm not amazing at DIY but huge sense of achievement when I built them all and the room looks miles better now!

I know what you mean, I love cooking for others and always put more effort in when I'm sharing! What did you make??

That's great! Better surroundings = better mindset

I cook a biggish dish of something every two or three days and make it last. Lovely vegetarian lasagne yesterday.
