Removed... I didn't know this even though I've been here 4 years. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm sure I have seen thousands of threads saying about about funny messages they have received though.

But I shall just leave people to wonder what this was all about now due to the heading of the post

Tbh, if you aren’t outing the sender, it isn’t necessarily a bad thing as a general discussion and I’ve seen plenty of them allowed. It allows people to discuss good and bad messaging etiquette.

Pinning it to a member is not a good thing though

Not the case I’m afraid. I once quoted a (very generic) message without attributing it to anyone and got a forum ban. Best not to risk it.
