Dodgy Advertising

I hate modern advertising.

"CD's from £2!" means the one you want will still be £12.

but....

"Broadband up to 20mb!" means yours can still only be 0.5!

And worse of all...

"Eat all you can eat!" and then they call the police when you've been sat there for 5 hours picking out the expensive stuff.....

What annoys you?

I hate most advertisments for car insurance companies (Except the meerkat - he's great)

But why do Admiral, Direct Line and most thers pick such naff tacky adverts ?

God knows they make enough profit out of us to be able to afford a decent ad

Penis enlargement adverts coming to my email

Loads of pizza leaflets coming in my mail box.

Planks ringing my private number telling me they have the best insurance plan, double glazing "enter as you wish"

o2 sending me text's every month telling me about whats on offer, dam thats annoying, I changed network now though

Adverts 1/2 way through a film

I just hate most adverts that invade my privacy.

The small print on an advert for mascara that is supposed to make your lashes 30% longer, informing you that the model is wearing false lashes..... wtf is going on there?

Also hate adverts for any product that states it's now even better than before, when we were assured in the past that nothing could be!!! Duh!!

allways do that with there 'new and improved' washing powder adverts lol the old one cant get the ground in stains out although they told u it could in the old add but the new improved one can shift it lol yeh right

I find the burgerking/macdonalds/kfc adverts funny.... on tv they look so plump and luscious. Like its going to taste like the best thing you've ever eaten in your whole life! The tomatoes and greenery look like they've just been picked from a garden and freshly washed...

You buy one and its flat and dishevelled with a limp bit of lettuce

OMG Yes and the staff on the TV are so polite.I mean if these people had studied harder at school they could be at Burger King or Pizza Hut its not our fault they have to work there...

and the fact you feel like you could have potentially caught something off the person serving you just by being in their proximity
