Given I been doing this properly for about 3 weeks.

I've come across people I know in my home town.

They have not said anything at all yet, is that common like an unwritten rule?

Or do you folks make the effort to talk to the people you know?

Generally, the advice is block. You then can't see each other and are free to enjoy the site without intruding on each others privacy.

Dont mix fab with non fab.

If you saw me for example then let on just cos you seen me on here.. I'd feel very unnerved. Infact trigger my PTSD. So unless you really know them and have agreed to say hello...its a big NO

Be very careful. Most people keep "real life" and Fab separate. That said, if you are fully embracing a swinging lifestyle then being open is part of it. Also depends a lot on the friends!

I think as you are early days you would to well to grow your confidence and awareness of what you want without bringing the rest of your life into it. You have seen them, and they may have seen you. If they do not contact you you probably have your message.

Be careful . Many years ago , a male who worked at same company as me joined site. I did not know he had. Saw me in chat room with cam on. I was clothed . He told others at work. Luckily for me he had told someone else at work about site and showed them his profile. So was easy to check as site supporter. Confronted him in front of others and he had to admit it was him. Plus proved he was on here. So now if I see profiles looking at me / think may know me. Block very quick.

Suppose it depends on how you know them and the specific relationship you have with them, is it a work colleague or someone you no from the local pub?

If they are site supporters and you have looked at their profile they will know you are here too. I would leave it them if they are interested in taking things further when safe to do so they will contact you

Just don’t approach them in public in the first instance.

If you fancy the person / persons then drop them a fab message.

If there’s no response or they block you and delete the message then you know not to bother them again.

If it goes well though it could be the start of something beautiful.

I (fem) get this quite often on my single profile (I’m extremely open about my lifestyle and it has face pics on) and I absolutely do not mind people I know In ‘real life’ approaching me for advice/support/info or to just say hello - I know I’m likely in a very small category that would say that they ‘don’t care who knows’ they are on here BUT what I DO mind is people who know me and either say ‘oh (real name), I bet you can’t guess who I am, I will never tell you though’ or that expect that it’ll be a guaranteed meet just because you’re a swinger (& I often find it’s those I know in real life that are quickest to ask to go to a club and stand me up)

So, if you do decide to mail them, be polite and courteous and of course, keep their secret, as I’m sure you will.

Bloody hell. Some people though. If my workplace found out I'm using this site, they may hit the roof. Which is why I don't put my face on here as much as I would like to but you just never know with some people really

I wont post anything apart from face. I had one time I sent a local girl a nude and it spread like wild fire.

Went to an Indian restaurant with the boys and on my reservation chair was a picture of my cock.

I can handle myself in that sense im my own boss so it can't effect work. I do wonder if it could effect my time with the kids though.
