Llandudno - Colwyn bay

So I have a few hours to kill in Manchester on Thursday while my car it in the garage, the plan was to work from their waiting area but due to Covid this is a no go, any suggestions where to go or what to do?

Stockport, but will have a car off them, just its a 4hr return journey to North Wales, by the time I get back here it'll be time to go back to pick the car up

As you're in Stockport, head out towards the Peak District and enjoy the countryside or maybe park up in Tatton Park and wander round the grounds and pick up some lunch in Knutsford

With everywhere being shut, all you can hope for is fresh air

Or, log in locally if you want some fun. From the local updates round here, you'd never think we were in lockdown

Yeah there's a couple of decent National Trust places in that area. Tatton isn't exactly Stockport, Lyme Park is closer, but both lovely. Otherwise there's not a great deal going on this neck of the woods unfortunately. You could work from the car - I've done that from hospital car parks (including teaching a lesson).

Thanks I think its the same everywhere, I reckon it'll be a takeaway coffee and work in the car, maybe a stroll for some fresh air
