West Wales and Cardiff

I love Scottish for women. I love Northern Irish, though Southern Irish is nice too.

Also like Scouse, West Country and Home Counties (posh, but not too posh).

Showing a slight bias here, but I heard a woman from Gwynedd speaking on Countryfile a few months ago. It was NW Wales, where you can hear elements of Scandavanian/Icelandic. It was the most gorgeous speaking voice I’d ever heard.
