Any recommendations on how to find one? Or do I just Google?

It depends on why you specifically want one - I imagine they all have their specialisms.

Maybe start by looking on Martin Lewis's website - might have some trusted ones there?

Cheers! It's about student loans. I'm in a position to pay mine off but Martin Lewis doesn't recommend it - EXCEPT IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES - I think I'm in that circumstance but Martin doesn't make it clear what those are... I need to be sure before I take the plunge!

I think the general idea (depending on your repayment scheme) is that the interest is so low (on the earlier plans) you're better putting that money elsewhere as it's not counted as debt towards any credit rating.

If you can pay it off or are close to paying it off though why the fuck not? Interest rates are shocking at the moment anyway.

Not from here would probably be my best advice.

I mean.. financial advisers/accounted doesn’t yacht the free work from tradesmen feel.
