little house on the praire

This is a paragraph from an article on the bbc website.

Apparently i live in one of the happiest areas in the country. So who wants to come live in happy land with me?

.

.

People living in built-up or former industrial areas, such as South Wales, the West Midlands or London, tended to be less happy, while rural areas, such as Orkney and Shetland, and Rutland, in the East Midlands, were the happiest.

Mr Happy lives in Happyland according to the Mr Quiet book I read to my five year old earlier this evening. I didn't realise it was just up the road from me.
