Titz Towers, North Notts

These are some of the best comedians currently working on the UK circuit:

Scott Bennett

Simon Lomas

Diane Spencer

Lindsey Santoro

Andrew Bird

Peter Brush

Keith Carter

Jeff Innocent

Tom Houghton

All of them smash club gigs out of the park and all are worth looking up to see what material they have online.

Liverpool

George Carlin - more than just comedy. Wise words

Peter Kay - more than just a one trick funny man. Comedic timing, and didn't need to be edgy.

Undecided on a 3rd. There are so many I like but for different reasons and quite often depends on my mood who I think is better.

Stand up:

Billy Connolly

Eddie Izzard

Peter Kay

Also, a notable mention for Bernard Manning

He was of an era, where his humour is perhaps best left, but seeing him reminds me of happier family times
