Today is a horrible trauma anniversary for me. I didn't sleep well, lots of flashback type dreams and woke up teary, sad and anxious.

Tell me something happy to bring some good juju back to my brain please!

Loki is coming to Disney + soon.

The woods a few minutes walk from my house are starting to get snowdrops. Spring is on its way.

Anniversaries of trauma are shitty.

Not sure if this will make you laugh, but I've managed in the last 2 days flash by accident in work. Yesterday my wrap dress came undone, damn putting on weight and today it's windy and things in my hands and wind caught my dress. Luckily I'm working from home tomorrow cause god knows what will happen tomorrow!!!!

I'm not unhappy...i have lots to smile about, and am incredibly lucky to have awesome friends and the most incredible partner in J. Just a bit of ickiness today is all.
