The Facility

I put my heating on today.

But then the forecast did say it would feel more like -8 and I don't want my water pipes to freeze.

I have never been known to flounce

Wind chill out there makes it feel colder but nowhere near -8

You’ve either got it or you haven’t

Durham

Don't mention snow. We are fed up to the back teeth of it. The snow is over the wall tops with us, there are drifts everywhere, I won't be able to get my car out tomorrow without a hell of a lot of hassle first, it's -4 and everything is frozen up. It's just shite and makes life so much more difficult. Roll on summer!

I don't normally rant but I'm hormonal so please can I be excused

North West

AccuWeather says actual temperature is -4°C here. Real feel is -13°C and I can believe it. At nursery pick up today (17:45) it was -2°C on the car gauge (usually very accurate) but it felt one heck of a lot colder

Also has snowed on and off all day...

"I want snow! "

Me too.

Only had a couple of inches max all year, and it's mostly melted away by the time I finish work.

I just want a snowball fight with the kids and to take them sledging
