As a man who is predominantly attracted to woman, but has a small thing for men, I state this on my

Profile by showing myself under bi-curious and set my inbox to accept mails from men and woman.

However, why do so many guys message when their profile literally tells you they aren’t bi/gay

While I’m under the opinion that a man wanting another man to ‘empty him ‘ is not a straight act, many here seem to think so. Must be the ‘fab straight’

Am I the only one who thinks this?

Just one of those things really. Im straight but I'll chat to anyone. I do get messages from guys giving compliments on my pics and telling me what they would like to do. I thank them for the compliment and just explain I'm not into guys but I'm happy to chat and they seem OK with that.

I think a lot of guys worry that a bi profile might scare the ladies off. Either that or they're in total denial about their bi tendancies?

Bi women are very accepted by anyone. Bi or gay aren't and carry stigma.

Been on here 10 years and found that many straight men are bi. I am bi curious yet state straight as I got some many useless idiotsstating: wanna unload , quickie, etc ..boring and pointless .

Maybe they like to keep this curiosity a secret as they rarely act on it? People are difficult and multi faceted sometimes .. it might be something they still try and repress

But anyway, you did the right thing if u are fully comfortable with urself and are attracted to men at times.

What other folk put on their profile is entirely their own business and you know you can simply ignore or block them if they offend you or if you aren't interested fella. Live and let live I reckon

Be confident with your own sexuality

A man with confidence and volition is, to me, far sexier than a denier, appeaser or hoodwinker

That will, of course, take you off some peoples sexual radar

When you see some profiles saying:

NO GAY OR BI MEN WILL BE MET UNDER ANY CIRCS AND IF YOU HAVE A VERI FROM A TGIRL WE WON'T MEET YOU EITHER!!!!!!

you can understand it. Some people are really silly about such things, assuming that a bi guy only needs to see another guy to turn into a ravening foaming at the mouth sex addict.

I know what you're saying Tina, but it just gets tiring

I felt it was a two part epiphany

Firstly, it's OK and who I sleep with doesn't devalue me, the man

Secondly, some people might not want to shag me because of it

and that's OK too

Far be it from me to expedite or challenge the way other guys find their peace with it though

Exactly this it's stupid and quite prejudice, I mean like girls too but I'm not gonna pounce on a straight girl in a couple just because of my tendancies, men always get the raw end of the deal when it comes to the bi tag

It's all just labels and it has its place as a guide but it is classifying something which is a spectrum which has problems. Are you greeny blue? Or even orangey blue? People are weird talk to them and if they are too puce for you then they should accept that you are not for each other.
