There are quite a few like be funky or if you have photoshop you can do it.

Try searching "photo to cartoon" and you'll get a few options.

Or you can get an app if you prefer, just search cartoon apps

Not entirely sure on the style you are aiming for. But on picsart, using effects, selecting magic, you can kind of cartoonise your photo. I will quickly add a couple of photo examples.

Thank you. Apparently it didnt appears to have me in the photo lol. I do have at least one of the original of them on my profile, but understandably they were very cartoony x
