There is a difference between being naked and masturbating where you can be seen from public places." I agree but OP said he was at home in the countryside and not in a public place. He would have to be explicitly wanking in the windows for his behaviour to attract police attention. The link is quite clear: "Section 66 Sexual Offences Act 2003 requires a person to intentionally expose their genitals and intend that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress." | |||
