There are MANY solutions online that hardly cost a penny if anything at all.

I do most of them as I live in a fishbowl ( apparently ) when my inner ear won't clear/balance etc.

I don't have ear wax they are as clean as a whistle.... it's the other side of the ear drum for me .

Then treat your sinuses. Once they drain your ear may also do so.

ear wax will come out if heated

To do this you can use hotish water and a bulb type droper dont over squeeze it it can damage your ear you want movement of the water.

the hotter the better

to further aid this you can use a hot water bottle with a cover and heat up the ear

what ever you do dont use cotton buds as many ladies do as you can push this wax further into the ear.

which will mean a trip to the doctors for a wash out

I personally find the hydrogen peroxide drops much better than the olive oil ones. I also got a kit that comes with a little rubber bulb to squirt warm water in the ear to help clear it after you've softened it. It's pretty gross what can come out.

Chronically blocked ears run in my family and I just don't have time to get them syringed all the time. I bought this kit when I couldn't in lockdown and used the drops for 5 days before using the bulb like the kit says and my god the relief! Now I do it once a week or two and that seems to keep on top of it. Be careful though as it can make you dizzy.

Ear calm is a god send if you think it may be an outer ear infection, also a hot water bottle on your ear will help draw any muck out. If it gets worse then you'll need antibiotics.

I suffer with my ears a lot. I use ear calm to stop them getting to the point of needing antibiotics. We shouldn't actually use cotton buds in our ears as they can push the wax further in.

What does it feel like, OP? If it's wax accumulation in the ear canal, any hearing aid shop will look in your ear with their doctor's scope and tell you.

They won't be able to do anything about it but they can tell you what they can see and give you an idea what to do.

I had a problem with the Eustachian tube on my left side that lasted for four months and it cleared on its own, thankfully.

Erm do men have long finger nails or false nails glued on to them

So many of us arnt going to be using cotton buds, but use of a finger and water in a shower to wash them out.

long nails scratch and cut the channel into the ear causing more problems for some.

Earol olive oil spray. You need to use it for a good week though.

If you want something a bit quicker try Otex express ear drops. If it really is war wax, you should feel it fizzing once you put the drops in.

You often find it it gets a bit worse before it gets better
