I'm going to cook a tasty meal. A choice of pork in stilton sauce or minty lamb shanks with roast potatoes and veg.

For dessert we have cornflake tart or chocolate cheesecake that I made yesterday.

All to be washed down with a complimentary bottle of wine or 2.

We will then relax in front of the log burner. I'll be ready to put my feet up after working and cooking.
