I m an athlete, but Man, I don't recover as I used to. I got covid and I'm still recovering from it. No bloody run or knee plays up, no weights cause shoulder plays up, do 10k walk and start panting. Thank god erectile functionality is still at its prime lol

I was 19 and started seeing a woman well into her late 40s. I had the best sex with her and she was genuinely so much better than any girls my age at the time. I still meet with women a bit older than myself even at my age now and I don't think that'll change
