So, you know how it is. You're entering the latest photo challenge/you're having a good boob/dick day and you think why not? Let's snap this and show the world my beauty.

You carefully preen and pout only to discover the image in your head is nothing like you thought it would be. On that rare occasion it works...

How do you take a good sexy photo? Special lighting? Get someone else to take it for you? Have a quick wank?

I've yet to unearth the magic formula, so please, tell me how you do it, else I'll be stuck sending voice notes forever.

I've found the places in my house with the best lighting - and discovered the joy of self-timer! I sometimes have an idea in my head or sometimes I just play around with different poses. I have on occasion taken inspiration from other people's pics but more often than not they don't turn out how I pictured it in my head...

Natural light, a blank wall or the space I need if I have something particular in mind. Usually because I have bought new underwear and I'm feeling good or if a friend has requested a certain pic (usually boobs

) phone in the stand and on a timer but that depends on the angle of the pic.

Does that help at all? I can request boob pics if that helps too?

I have to admit I take quite a lot for one shot and sometimes it just doesn’t work... and sometimes out of x amount I will get one or two that I like....

Good lighting natural works well for me and a timer or press record and take stills from that which is what I usually do now hope that helps

Mine are all selifes apart from about 5.

Have idea in head. Realise quite quickly that what you thought was gonna happen totally isn't. Keep clicking and reviewing until you get something that you think "is that even me?"

That's the one I go with.

I'm also normally intoxicated when I take them, which makes it all the more interesting.

Other than that, set the phone up, switch to video and just play around in different poses and moods, have fun with it.. Then when done, just screenshot some of your favourite outtakes.

Some I’ve done for a reason, a story behind them, others just messing around

I would say take one, keep it, when feeling like it’s the best mental or sexual space you are in. Taking a lot to pick one would just undermine that process of what the vision is all about I think, for me. Better to pay attention to what you’re taking than keep retaking and reviewing, would be my tip. Far more organic and natural, which I feel is more sexy, in my opinion. The irony is that taking a lot of pictures will just increase the lens or potential to undermine self confidence or insecurities etc.

I always use the portrait option, and check them every few, to see if it’s working.

It really is a case of as much as you have time for. Video is easier and quicker than taking a lot of different shots, and you might happen to catch the perfect angle that you hadn't thought of.

Lighting is very important a thing, natural is always best as people have said. But candles, backlighting and coloured lights if you have them all add something different.

The really important thing.... don't do it if you aren't feeling it.

Also, I find cropping is my friend.....

I didn't review once and took about 30 photos that would have been awesome if the light flare wasn't wrecking the picture.

I think you need to check the light, also whether you need the flash or not. That's just me and the way I do things based on cooking it up before.

I also tend no to take them with the intent on 'being sexy' more just being me. If I get that "ooohh try and look sexy" thought in my head I can pretty much guarantee I'll look like a try hard potato wearing make up.

And that.... change the height of the camera in relation to you. Different angles work well for different parts of the body.

The only theme is to be a chubby reincarnation of Bilquis, other than that anything goes. Video is clearly something I should try. Your violin photo is still one of my favourite of all time on here.

They never come out quite like you imagine do they. Usually take 500 in the pose you think you want that will look a bit crap, then the phone slips a little or you move to scratch your bum and a good one gets taken.

Thanks Posh for your advice! Cropping can be good but I think (or at least I do after gin) that maybe I should start taking full length ones of me and showing those. I'm getting more comfortable with my body and fuck carefully cropping it. I like me, all soft, squidgey me.

When I have the opportunity and privacy I point and shoot. I’m usually feeling quite horny already before I take photos. I don’t worry and use the editing process those I want to post. I probably used post about 4 in every 20 I took. I haven’t taken any new ones since the pandemic began. I’ve just edited a few I had already.

Take 50, instantly delete 50% of them, see which ones look ok and maybe retake some with a few tweaks.

Delete another 50% and then edit them with filters and shit.

Stare at them until the last min and make a decision on what to post.

Yes I am aware this is may not be normal for a guy but it’s a reflection on my view of my body more than anything

I take a passable pic, slap a bit of black and white filtering on it and it's a job well done.

I can't really pull off sexy poses or intentially try to look sexy, but a black and white filter/photo will always have that slight appeal to bring up a photo to the next level with minimal effort.

"It really is a case of as much as you have time for. Video is easier and quicker than taking a lot of different shots, and you might happen to catch the perfect angle that you hadn't thought of.

Lighting is very important a thing, natural is always best as people have said. But candles, backlighting and coloured lights if you have them all add something different.

The really important thing.... don't do it if you aren't feeling it.

Also, I find cropping is my friend.....

Cropping doesn't necessarily need to mean cropping off bits of your gorgeousness.... it's the random things that appear in the background despite them definitely not being there when you took the picture. Dogs, random family snapshots, a plug in air freshener....

I think the most important thing is that you've got to be in a positive mindset and hype yourself up.

I think good lighting, clothes or lingerie you feel good in and some self love goes a long way. I'm not a fan of any photos I've taken in the last month but sometimes I just say fuck it, own your body and don't forget that someone will think you're BANGIN.

I like using my landing as it is quite plain and simple with amazing lighting. I also put blue tack on my phone and stick it to walls etc to find better angles and use a timer so I can position myself. I always take at least 20 or 30 photos and then see if any turned out well.

The outtakes are the best part for me...the more we laugh the more we feel comfortable, the better the pic becomes...

I suppose that’s hard for a single to do but being relaxed definitely helps you feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
