Indies style is what's in demand these days people are sick of the bland repetitive story lines with wwe don't get me wrong what vince has achieved with wrestling has been phenomenal but times have changed and vince refuses to budge which will probably be his downfall

NxT for me... Raw is trash these days. Smackdown has been better but I still dont watch it often.

Havent really followed AEW closely, but it seems like a viable alternative until Vince finally pisses off.

Impact had a really good run pre-Covid too. The Tessa Blanchard/Sami Callahan stuff was great.

Both are complete trash to be honest! WWE and there random 50/50 booking is killing any chance of making new stars, whole roster looks weak even more so when 50+ former champions instantly look stronger than the “supposed” toughest guy on the roster

AEW had potential however they’re obsessed with stupid shit like the orange soda match and arcade anarchy to get anyone over. The inner circle, tna invasion is good but they need to find there identity

Nxt was really good, however the indie style of kicking out of every finisher 15times a match killed any flow to it, and then dont get me started on the failed main roster runs

Overall wrestling isnt in the best place at the moment, likely we’ll have to wait for Vince to finally enter the great royal rumble in the sky before it starts to get good again, no fans doesnt help at all

Add me to Team Dynamite. Death Triangle are great, Fenix is ridiculous and Penta is a beast! PAC is just great, still remember him from when he was on the scene here. Really looking forward to seeing where the Pinnacle/Inner Circle thing goes.

Love the balance of Dynamite, really feels like something for everyone compared to the boring tedium of Raw with all its 50/50 booking, and shitty rollup or dq finishes. Takeover night 1 was really good though, looking forward to night 2 tonight

What baffles me with wwe is their roster is massive but yet can't put out a consistently good shows Raw is an absolute joke with the exception of a few of course it's not the rosters fault vince and co is your answer to that

Peyton royce could possibly show up on AEW since Shawn spears is there but if they were to stay as a team impact wrestling would probably suit them since AEW doesn't really have a women's Tag team division

I can see Samoa Joe showing up on AEW WWE was stupid to let him go he wanted to compete again but wwe wouldn't clear him but yet they would clear daniel bryan and edge makes no sense nothing against them though

Interesting question… they have 3 hrs on main us tv, and produce another 4 hrs for the internet every week… so it’s not like people are sitting out and new kids aren’t learning the craft….

I think the other good thing is they don’t have to have the same people each week on every show and if people are injured or want time out (like hangman who is having his first kid) or for example want to do Japan, you have enough talent to cover … think about the likes of pac, who is brilliant but only needs to work in spurts! Moxs just had his kid so took a bit of time and stepped back, same with Cody .. I am sure Jericho will when he wants to tour with fozzy

You have enough talent where when they do wrestle it’s special… plus AEW only do 4 ppvs per year, so they can pace what they do slower …

Basically most of the AEW booking makes sense… rather than with WWE where it feels like everything is rushed…

The best compliment you can pay to the omega Danielson match is that maybe the quickest 30 minutes has flown by… it didn’t feel that long at all… the pacing was all ROH and they didn’t do anything super dangerous at all….

I geeked out to see cattle mutilation again… and the crowd got all the old Easter eggs that new fans may not have…

AEW its back to good old fashioned pro wrestling, not pandering to tv companies, and im someone who didnt watch anything other than WWE.

Ive stopped watching WWE for a while now, purely cause I think they are doing a disservice to all the talent out there. The story line writers are bad (some occasionally get it right), they screw around with the athletes and seem almost brain deal unless they feel it easy. Example I would be Miro, he had all that talent as Rusev AND got himself over but they kept taking out his legs. I loved his promo on dynamite this week - "a god who demands pain, and a wife who demands pleasure. And sometime pain". Thats shades of Attitude era blending shoot and kayfabe.

Anyway tony khan said few new faces coming in in the next few weeks….. you have to imagine both Johnny wrestling and Kyle o’reilly are both coming in… also FTR and the Briscoes looks like it’s going to happen after the last ROH show last weekend…

I've been die-hard WWE and even when I stopped watching Raw and Smackdown, NXT was my go-to but seeing the old guard leaving definitely hurts to see.

I'm not sure why but I just can't get into AEW. It just seems like there are loads of in-jokes that aren't suited to the casual fan or those who just start watching. I wish I could though because they now have some of the best wrestlers on the planet.

"WWE are their own downfall , letting so many legends go , and keeping the like of Otis and street profits ..wtf .

Absolutely ...Toni storm could have been amazing , yet we still have to watch Carmella and doudrop ffs .

Grew up watching WWE(F) when I was watching it though

think I prefer AEW now though.

WWE seem to be releasing a lot of wrestlers at moment..

If we don’t get at least CM Punk vs Okada and FTR vs G.O.D then someone has dropped the ball big time…. Oooh Danielson vs ZSJ would be a technical wrestling masterpiece

I used to watch WWE all the time, especially the Attitude Era! But when it turned PG it became so boring.

I first started watching AEW when it first started and I’ve been hooked ever since!

Much prefer AEW!
