Someone i know is going to greece on saturday and their six year old girl said to me she was going to look up how they speak in greece so that she can learn some words to show good manners, i thought that was lovely.

I admire the resilience of my 6 year old niece. She is disabled and confined to a wheelchair. She will never walk but she loves it when I take her a walk and she says run with me Auntie Feebs, go faster. I'm bloody shattered by the time I bring her back, but seeing her smiling and laughing always brings a lump to my throat. She's so happy

this little one is disabled too - we got turned away from the local swimming pool this afternoon cos they didnt want him in there having a splint on his leg - did explain the splint would come off but hey ho - no the elf and safety stuff was quoted and i couldnt be bothered to argue - so walked out and we had fun in the garden paddling pool instead with strawberries and ice pops - u dont get them at the leisure centre ........... was heart breaking to walk out with him sobbing though

yeah I know - but just wanted to get him out and comfort him, he has just spent 14 weeks in a plaster cast - so to have a little freedom and some water on him is something he really treasures - hes ok now he had fun this afternoon and son came home and played with the water pistols with him too when he heard
