Its late and i love hearing weird dating stories. I've been online dating....still haven't found someone decent, yes its hard. I've unfortunately been in some crazy situations and have had the maddest stuff happen to me. When i tell my friends they tell me to write a book about it. What's your weirdest or craziest dating story?

I have many. 1 was i basically got catfished and went round the girls house. I was 27 and she was 27. Anyway rocked up and some 50 something year old woman opened the door. I thought it was her mum but it wasn't. Didn't want to be rude as thought perhaps she was going through stuff. Sat down had a convo, normal like. After 30 mins made excuses to leave. She asked for a kiss and i declined. Left and as I'm walking she phones me with abuse "you fat cunt, who do you think you are" etc.... this goes on for 1 week. Random abusive messages and stalking. I tell her she needs to stop catfishing or it'll end bad for her.

Anyway 7 months later she's on the 10 o'clock news, murdered by a man who went over for sex.

Can't top yours at all, but I did go on a date where I agreed (stupidly) to pick him up. Knocked the door, got invited in to meet the family. They didn't live there, he'd invited them to meet me. First and only date. Can I call it a date, I left after 10 minutes

Rucked up at a couples house the first of 2 or 3 times in total. Knocked on the door and the lady opened the door. Hallway was in darkness and was shown into the living room. I may have been wrong, but I just needed to go. As I think they were using my money to buy drugs.

Well that was the plan but she said she is house sitting and can't leave the house so invited me over for a drink. I geniunely thought she must be real to invite me over but wasn't expecting sex or anything plus i was young and naive when it came to dating online
