How do you cope?

I'm really struggling with life at the moment and I don't know how to deal with it. How do you cope with everything when it falls apart?

Sorry to hear your struggling OP. There's no way that works for everyone but every day you get through, shows you are stronger than you think you are.

Take time for yourself, allow yourself to feel down and come back fighting harder than you did before. Give yourself a break and I promise you will get through this

Things are fucking tough right now!

Is there a friend you can reach out to OP?

I try to keep myself busy, distracted. Focus on the little things that bring me joy. And I talk to people, it helps.

I also tend to kick up my self care, have a bath, cook something yummy, it all helps...

My inbox is open if you need a friendly ear OP. Remind yourself, nothing lasts forever and this feeling won't either.
