There's a whole Billy Connolly sketch about that

Often it's a mild moment of panic I left my flies undone, sometimes a slight re-adjustment in position if he's sitting awkwardly or the balls are, sometimes when it's hot the balls can get stuck to a thigh and need adjusting too
