For those new to it, enjoy it. It is great. But after a certain point (season 4 maybe 5, could even be 6 - when it gets there you will know) my god does it drag out and get pretty boring. Still a great show as a whole though.

I agree there is a lull after Ragnar’s era but it picks up in the last season in my views

That is high praise. Going to check it out later. Amazon keeps trying to get me to watch it!! The trailer looked like it had a GOT feel to it (without the dragons), but wasn’t sure if it was going to be an also-ran.
