I’m meditating now when I can’t sleep and just dropping off when I finally feel sleepy. It’s working really well

I’m thinking of doing some meditation podcasts that can be used for different ways to enter a sleep state. So if people like listening to something relaxing and want something a little different to the more common relaxation stuff they can use them. Probably be a few months until the first ones are available.
