Hummmm I don't know but I don't think so , in the case of "date" I'm assuming that if he's asked me rather than her he's interested in me rather than her... as for "meet" nothing stops him from getting together with both of us if he's that way inclined and not necessarily at the same time

If I were in the dating world I would be looking for a post conventional relationship, so I would be engaging all of them in a collaborative inquiry into what kind of relationships they were interested in, and suggesting some experiments we could try to see what worked for all of us. I know I am not really compatible with someone who see relationships in a conventional way, albeit I have learned to deal with that too, albeit unsatisfactorily.

It's bad enough the fallout and drama that comes from people you ain't mates with trying to fuck things up for ya or behaving like proper cunts. If I see people flirting I'm like nah, can't be dealing with that, a wank will be far less aggro.

A lot of that will come down to the who tho. You kinda learn who's gonna come with drama depending on who else has their eye on them but even then you can get caught off guard.

With mates, it would come down to whether or not they said "you should meet him/her" but that would be after I pulled back from any flirting.

Couples are my safest bet I think if I become meet active again.

I've done it for a friend, even with how I felt about the guy, in my eyes she was more his type, looked better together yada yada so I stepped back and let her go for him.... She messed him about and dumped him after a few weeks

If it was just for a sexual meet then there aren't really any feelings involved so knock yourselves out.

When its much deeper than that and there are good reasons for being told don't go there then I would respect those wishes and walk away.

Oh god this reminds me of when I was 15. I fancied this guy for months and we would all hang out in the nights and I’d kiss him and we’d walk round holding hands and I’d sit on his lap when we were all hanging around outside (as you do in your teens). Then my friend decided that she fancied him and I wasn’t allowed to like him anymore. When he went to kiss me or hold my hand I’d have to shrug him off and tell him I can’t anymore cos ***** fancied him! He was like I don’t fancy her though I fancy you!

Think we really did fancy each other cos 22 years on I still shag him!
