Lots of red lipsticks are quite orange tone and look awful on my skin. If I wear red lipstick it needs to be more cool toned, even verging on berry coloured. "I found that when I first got into makeup that I found ones I loved but looked horrible on me. I can lean warmish given my colouring but I'd definitely say if you're paler than me, definitely go for a cool blue. | |||

I don’t sunbathe as I know how dangerous it is for people with very fair skin but I can get a light colour in the summer if I am outside a lot for short periods. Someone I used to work with lost her husband to skin cancer - he was only 31 and the cancer spread throughout his body and his brain - it was heartbreaking and something that I will never forget. | |||

Despite a strong outdoor/ beach culture, we try not to burn and a subset of us look down on natural tanning. | |||
