"I am looking at getting a Pussy Pump. Any recommendations please ? " Don't opt for the least expensive. Choose a contoured (rather than straight edged) polycarbonate or acrylic (avoiding cheap flexible plastic) vulval cylinder. Opt for a metal, rather than a much cheaper plastic, pump; it will last outlast the plastic version and achieves a better negative pressure. The more expensive cylinders and pumps are fitted with click/connect unidirectional valves that typically cost around £15 from a supplier (not a sex toy shop. Choose to save money and you'll regret it long term. I've, temporarily, switched my profile image to show two polycarbonate breast cylinders. Send me a PM if you want information on a reputable supplier.

" I seen these and they fascinate me but on a serious note can they be dangerous to use?" The only real concern is that you are developing a negative pressure over an area with an abundant supply of nerves and blood vessels. Vacuum pumping will cause tissue swelling that will take a little time to subside and over enthusiastic pumping may cause temporary discomfort. Overall, a fairly safe practice (much safer than, for example, blowing into the vagina) but you may run into problems if you are taking anticoagulants e.g. warfarin when the increased blood flow and tissue swelling may be accompanied by bruising.

"The seals and shape of the cheaper ones make getting a good suction difficult. UberKinky have a good range of pumps. They are great fun and when you get pumped it looks amazing. Clit pumps are also worth looking into Have fun" I have to say I have also found the UberKinky range to be very good.
