I know it defaults to the above age range, but is it just laziness that not many men change it to something realistic or are some of them really that desperate that they would have sex with a 99 year old?

Yes we are lazy and no we are not desperate enough to fuck a 99 year old no matter how horny we are -- i speak in general tersm of course others might differ lol

Is could be because they want to potentially meet those site users who set their age deliberately high - and therefore they show in any search ?

It could be that whilst they may want to meet a 99 year old for sex, they may still be open to receiving messages from and / or chatting with older users ?

I don't know how many members are here that are genuinely in their 80's or 90's, but I know there are plenty in their 70's and good on 'em !

Since October 2010 the Equality Act 2010 has been the main law relating to age discrimination, protecting you against ageism in employment, education, training and sex. It is now a contravention of this law to turn down someone age 99, or even above, should they feel the need to shag you. The only time that it's possible to be excluded from the influence of this act is should the other party be discriminating against you, for example by wanting to shag someone due to their protected characteristics of being youthful and hot, whilst ignoring the advances of someone in a more senior age category.

It might be laziness, it might be desperation or it could just be that they are open to at least consider anyone who contacts them. I have 30 to 60 as a preferred age range but got a message from a couple apologising if I wasn't interested, but asking if that was a firm preference as the female of the couple was 25. Being too strict can certainly reduce your options, but if you really only want to meet a certain age range that's cool too

Have you not considered some people do not like to be constrained by age as others don't by race or size? Some people look at who they meet as a person not an age and have decided not to put perimeters in.

Its not a matter of people being lazy in most cases so not really necessary to flame men.... or women for that matter and insinuate they are desperate as in general most people are selective but also not bigoted in how they view other people.

whenever i see a profile that has a age range of 18 to 99 i dont see that as it meaning they are lazy or will fuck anything, i read into that that they are saying age isnt a issue so long as they get along

Reminds me …. When I was young we used to go visit my Great Grandmother Peggy at Christmas. On one visit as we got up to leave, she kindly gave me a small paper bag of her Brazil nuts. Later that day after eating half the nuts, I showed my sister what Peggy had given me, she turned to me and said ‘Put those in the bin, your Nana Peggy buys Chocolate Brazil Nuts and sucks the chocolate off as she doesn’t like the nuts.

I haven’t touched Brazil Nuts since.
