Fair play! Even 20mins a day of exercise and fresh air makes the world of difference. Mrs x

I have literally done nothing since November and can feel it, my energy levels were crap from shift work are now dreadful my sleep pattern well whats sleep?

Went for a walk last night, a good 5km and I felt so much better for it. Im going to start with getting for a walk 4 times a week and slowly start back at the weights in February.

Best of luck op

Best time to train is when your feeling rubbish

I train daily and often when I'm pumped for a workout the night before it doesn't go as well as when I'm feeling shite.my best workouts have been when I'm not in the mood.

I would advise ALL to follow this link and give it a listen.

I've started to walk every day. Up to 5miles a day now, I feel great and the pounds are starting to fall off. Keep up the good work..

Just using dumbbells trying to gain a bit of muscle and lose some weight.
