It’s Friday, it’s the end of the week so what are you thankful for? Let’s head in to the weekend in a thankful frame of mind

I thought this was going to be about funk music.

I am thankful for new doors opening up and old ones always remaining ajar..

Also for relatively peaceful week its nice to just swim through and not battle anything !

I'm happy to read this Swing.

I'm thankful for loved ones who I can lean on but also laugh with, The Amazing Samuel Tender™ who I can waffle on about anything with and he doesn't bat a manly eyelid.

I'm also thankful for my job even when it makes my teeth itch, my friends who keep me happy with failed rap attempts.

Most of all, I'm thankful I am me.

I'm thankful that I no longer work in a toxic environment.

For the move I made this time last year to my own place.

And I'll be even more thankful when the heating engineer gets here and fixes my thermostat

Thanks Meli. I have 9-12 months oral chemo, then surgery. It's a bit daunting but could be worse x
