Yes as a Chelsea fan think he should of got more experience first "With our record of managers he was unlikely to go on a 20 year run so why come into the role so soon. Let's face it the revolving door to the club is forever spinning so the job would have come up in 5 years or so. Terry has done the right thing becoming a number 2. | |||

I wouldn't mind to see Mark Noble become a future manager at West Ham but only if gets some experience first.
It’s early days but I’m a fan of Scott Parker and his style of play... not so much of the funny tie pins he favours.
