I always hated the stuff until an evening at my sisters house. They brought out a malt, so sweet and smokey tasting and really easy to drink neat. It's changed my opinion of it although i still think I'd rather drink brasso than the normal blended tat. Lol

I got a hip flask for Christmas, with Celt engraving on it, if I ever get back to golf it's coming with, and I play the K Club nothing cheap is allowed in there,,,

I have had some special additions and said I was going to keep them but as is unavoidable I drink them as I want to know what they taste like.

The more peat and smoke the better but I do like others. Recently I find I go for the more alcohol by volume the seam to have a better flavour.

A connoisseur I see, thanks for pointing me in that direction. The last two bottles of Penderyn I had were given to me by clients for services above and beyond the call of duty. I know now what hints to drop next time I do somebody a favour without detriment to myself or connections.
