I love custard with anything and have been having some cravings for it for the past few weeks.

So I bought some of the small low fat pots last week and a bag of crumble topping and have made rhubarb crumble and crumble with tinned apricots.

To stop me eating too much I portioned it up and froze it so can have it when I want. The apricot crumble was surprisingly good hot.

Heat it gently with a square of two of chocolate and a sprinkling of coffee powder. When it's all melted together pour it over two of more large scoops of vanilla ice cream. If you have any double cream you could stir that in too
