Grilled trout, new potatoes, peas and tomatoes, blackcurrants and cream.All vegetables and fruit home grown, trout caught today by friend. A nice Somerset cider to go with it.

TOP TIP

If you are making peri peri prawns with the aid of a Nando's sachet, DO NOT use the whole pack !

I have tears and snot running down my face and my I've just had to check my lips are still there because I can't feel them.

Other than that, they were lovely !

ham cheese lettuce cucmber tomato yellow pepper green peeper red pepper orange pepper rocket lambs tongue avacado and spring onion wrap and a fabulous glass of viognier chilled from the fridge to wash it down ,,,and im sitting by the sea ...are ya all well jel ??????

I've given up on cooking.....life's far too short.

Presently if it can't be put in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees then I won't be bothering with it.
