I do 16:8 intermittent fasting, so breakfast is at 10. Today I'll have a handful of macadamias and pecans, followed by berries and alpro with mixed seeds. Yesterday it was bacon, scrambled eggs, and cherry tomatoes fried in olive oil with basil.
