If I were limited to just 3 items it'd be the mixed starter for 2, prawn toast and salt n pepper ribs.

Yes, I would order entirely from the starter menu. No, I would have no regrets. It's the best bit of a Chinese takeaway. If I'm still hungry (unlikely!) I'll have a slice of toast

Maybe get it from somewhere that doesn't use MSGs?

It's not essential and isn't used in traditional Chinese food.

Many restaurants have stopped using it.

You can also find MSGs in many other takeaway types (inc. KFC), soups, crisps, sausages and other processed meats (inc. corned beef, which I think I remember you saying you liked), etc. and it naturally occurs in tomatoes and some cheeses.
