Your head with your foot?

Who is that limber amongst us?

My 4yr old granddaughter does it no problem. I on the other hand tried and almost dislocated a hip!

It's been a long time since I had my legs up

Hi there, I had to smile seeing this post. I would imagine there's a very long queue forming to offer to help you getting your ankles behind your ears once meets are able to take place again?

Yes! I can do the former as well. My relatively flexible self is something I'm very proud of, in yoga I'd always enjoy holding the poses people would be surprised I could.

I could get my legs behind my ears as a teenager as I was seriously flexible due to swimming and flexibility training. I’ve lost quite a bit of it and can only get within 6 inches ish of my face. I can still get my palms flat on the floor bending over though

If basically folding myself in half and wrenching my leg upwards by the ankle to make my foot touch my forehead counts, then yes.

Long gone are the days of doing box splits to a few inches off the floor, though....
