I started 8 pm to 12 pm. Now doing 7 pm to 11 am. I have water and tea during the fasting period | |||

But comparatively, I am doing much better. Not having junk food/snacks is a buzz kill, but the cravings disappeared after the first two days. I am reasonably comfy with the schedule last 5 days or so. | |||

I have gained three-quarters in the last 6 months. I will be a happy bunny if I loose a stone in total 20 hours is hardcore - I use the app for the alerts and timekeeping, it helps as I sit in mind numbing conf calls sometimes | |||
